La poudre de NMDA joue un r\u00f4le important dans la r\u00e9gulation neuroendocrinienne. \u00c0 une concentration appropri\u00e9e, elle peut affecter le syst\u00e8me endocrinien de l'organisme, en particulier favoriser la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de l'hormone de croissance (GH) de l'organisme animal et augmenter le taux de GH dans le sang. Il peut \u00e9galement affecter l'activit\u00e9 de prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire en inhibant la synth\u00e8se de l'ADN des cellules PC12.
